但是至少人们看到了真相，那些伪造虚假科学的人被暴露出来了，他们所推崇的那些所谓以大家利益为先的文献都被推翻了。

我给健身行业带来的这一系列的理论，从不应该在那么短的时间内出自一人之口，无论是基础动作的示意图，给功能性动作、强健、健康的定义，到教授人们如何深蹲、药球抛掷、混合模式领域训练等等。这些东西在NSCA出现以前其实早就存在了，但在NSCA的“统治”之下，所有人都被推向了高碳，低脂的饮食以及固定器械的训练模式。其结果就是灾难。



年轻时候的我本以为我只是比这些混账家伙聪明，事实也如此，但是我的优势来源于我从科学，学术角度对人类运动表现有真切的追求，而他们没有。



当一个历时50年，有所谓3万多个关于力量训练研究支持的终生成就奖（美国运动医学学院奖给Kramer)，最终在力量训练上，没有得出任何进步和建树还被人们推崇时，那管理就是有问题的。



我今天才看到加州理工大学，有人在批评旧金山市政府对城市的管理的不当，理由是如果政府宁愿花更多功夫在追查小型创业公司，而不是清理城市市容方面的话，管理是有问题的。其中一名市政官员的回答是，我们在照顾流浪人群和清理城市方面花的功夫比你所想的多一千倍。对此，批评者的回应是我是从硅谷来的。在硅谷，我们是通过输出来衡量表现的，不是输入。

所以，谁在乎你花了多少功夫，谁在乎你做了多少个研究，这么多研究教会了任何一名老年人如何完成深蹲来保留他们的功能独立性吗？一个都没有。他们让多少人放弃了加工食品从而避免造成二型糖尿病及致命并发症的代谢疾病？一个都没有。为什么呢？

我们是比他们聪明，我们是更努力，更道德，但是真正的区别是我们对挖掘人类运动表现有着真切的，根深蒂固的执着，而他们没有。



他和他的终生成就奖基本上一直服务于，贡献于这个烂摊子。我真的不知道这些学者怎么睡得着，那些我熟悉一些的人我都不知道怎么开口去问这个问题。

我一直说除了兴奋剂以外，有谁在运动科学方面作出的贡献足以影响和改变人们的运动或训练方式？现在我能说出一位，那就是来自南非的Timothy Noakes博士。他的研究工作主要围绕着补水课题。很有意思的是他主要的贡献都是集中在逆转百事和佳得乐饮料公司在他们超级补水项目中给人们所造成的致命性的伤害。如果不是他在这方面的勇敢付出，人们还不清楚这些饮料公司通过宣传补水所造成的与运动相关低钠血症带来的致命效果。

所以我终于可以列出一位真正带来改变的运动科学家，但讽刺的是他的心血都是用来逆转Kramer和其朋友在这个行业中造成的伤害。

如果没有NSCA和ACSM这样的组织，这个国家会更健康，会有更多人参与CrossFit并拥有更强健的民众，句号！
